I turned it into a wallpaper and animated the hair, body, and wings. There's no nudity, but likely nsfw due to the outfit and "bounce". Rate it if you like it.

actually, my mistake. I mean water wave for hair and clothes. Water flow is better for waterfalls or things like clouds.

For fabric and hair, it's easier to use "water flow". The most difficult part with "water flow" is picking the correct direction. What you do is load up a textured image and experiment with the direction number to see what number causes it to flow in what direction. Boobs don't bounce around while breathing though.

change your brush settings. I sometimes layer a couple shake animations on top of each other.
