A house in the valley on the road Whiterun- Markath ... near Fort Sungard (a little west of it) ...
south of Rorikstead ... besides you'll find a small restaurant and a hut.
Everything in the house is furnished in a cosy atmosphere; all cupboards are already stocked with books or other items.
All in all, the many existing books are probably one of the most comprehensive libraries of Skyrim.
