The Grief is gamemode playable on maps Town and Farm. Grief is consisted from 2 four player teams the CIA and CDC. The objective is to have your team survive longer than the enemy team.
After all four players from the enemy team are dead and you survive to end of that round you win.

There is few ways to affect on enemy players.

1. Knifing them.
When you knife enemy player and he is not prone he will move backwards. This is useful for dropping players down from ledges or preventing reviving.

2. Shooting them.
When you shoot enemy player his movment slows down. This is good way to get enemy trapped.

3. Using trains.
You can train zombies and use it to block enemy's way.

There is all the basic power ups but you should note that only the team who picks up the power up will get the effect, so get the Max ammo before enemy team gets it.

There is also one Grief only power up: The Meat. When you collect it your gun is replaced with chunk of zombie meat. When you throw it at enemy player all zombies will target that enemy for a while until the effect wears off.

This is very useful tool. You can throw it at perk machines and disable them for a short time period and this can take the enemies off guard but remember the effect also affects you and your teammates so warn them before using it for example on Juggernog.

You can also make guns in the mystery box dissaper before enemy has a chance to grab it, this also works for the Pack-a-Punch.
