Hello, it's in the "Neon Death" singleplayer map. At the very starting point, right behind you there's a hole in the wall and a very long path behind it. Just run to the end and you'll find it ;)

mmmm I'm not sure because that might respawn you, I don't think I did. I just stood in front of the sign, pressed z, then h, a, n, and s and it worked. It did take some time to fiddle around with it though and try different ways idk just keep trying things
