1. Head over to (If located elsewhere, search your computer for Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z folder):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z\NRZGame\Movies

2. Once there, locate the files named SpakLogo, SparkLogo_JPP, and StartupNVidia.

3. Delete all three files (Or change their extension to something other than .bik).

4. Good job! You are now ready.
