I know, right! So simple, so effective. It is a guaranteed FACT that no one has been VAC banned for failing to cheat in a game (and any that have done have been overturned).

I get it. It can be hard to break the habit of a lifetime, but just think how much better you would feel if you played normally, with the same advantage that non-cheating players have.

Please do not end up like these guys here. No one wants an embarassing YT video of them being caught in the act

If it's too late for that, then move on to step two!

If you have incurred the wrath of the mighty VAC system and been banned, then this is the option for you.


HINT: Ignore what the video says about backing up. You'll only end up in the same place you found yourself in. Also, if you aren't running Windows 7, go look it up online.

Once the computer has been reformatted, create a new Steam account, purchase the game again and resist the urge to redownload the cheats that got you into the problem in the first place.

If you are arrogant enough to think that you could get away with cheating AGAIN (even after all the hoo-hah you've just gone through), then I can only recommend the third option.
