Perfect wines!
Until you have access to some of the tier 2 & 3 techs, some of these recipes are impossible to achieve, but as long as you are only one number out on one of the qualities, the 4 star reviewers will give you a top score, assuming you have the correct bottle type (Black for red wine, Green for whites) and you have bottled the wine with a cork. Also remember that over exposure or fungal rot will knock a star off.

@RocketGo
Sadly I don't play the game anymore so I wouldn't be able to update the guide, but if anyone who does know the correct qualities for the newer wines I'll happily update this with their information and credit accordingly.

if you want a 5* wine from a 5* reviewer, you gotta use cork!

there is a trick to cab sav that i have found. for buttery you need to leave the leaves on the vine until the butterfly disappear.
Earthy is achieved by letting vine rot set in then growing it out
the seasonal flavour is achieved by allowing the vine to over expose then letting it recover and get back to a ripeness of 6/7 (let the foliage grow and hope for rain)
Smoky is achieved by using white oak.

the earthy, smoky and butteryl flavour can be achieved in one batch if you are lucky, however seasonal cannot achieve buttery flavour.

Hope this helps

As it is not so easy to access the high star reviewers in an early stage of the game plus you don't have access to all the processing, I have tried out different varieties and would like to share some first learnings. Feel free to add! All those recipes generate 5-star vines!

All values Acidity | Sweetness | Tannins | Body
Cabernet Sauvignon
1-Star Reviewer : 6|4|4|5 + 6|3|6|5 + 5|3|4|4
2-Star Reviewer : 5|5|5|5 + 6|6|6|6
3-Star Reviewer : 6|5|5|5 + 6|5|6|6
4-Star Reviewer : 6|5|6|5
5-Star Reviewer : I did not made it yet

Sometimes the values are downgrade compatible, means, a 2-star reviewer also rates 5 stars for the 3-star values. But maybe this is also affected be renown, I don't know :)

Feel free to add your values in the comments.
