Modular 3 level garage left end by propermike

A simple 3 level modular parking garage. This is the left end. All of the lots are 1x8 and under the park menu. All lots have a weak park effect and all the parking spaces function. Must be placed on flat terrain.

I suggest getting an anarchy mod and moveit to place a small street going into the garage from the entrance. This will minimize the number of flying cars going from the street to the higher levels.

These are amazing! Yes, a collection would be nice so you can quickly sub to all the parts without having to go back and forth multiple times.

Anyway, I also love that these work with Procedural Objects. Most parking garages lose their parking spots or floors when converted. I'm doing some cool stuff "installing" parking garages underneath skyscrapers and stuff:)

Oh yes please... a collection would be nice! I can't seem to subscribe... I end up in loop after "required item" loop. Damned shame :(

Thank you for changing it. I'll give it a try now :) As a last hint. Maybe add them to a collection that users can subscribe to all assets with one click... you know people are so... lazy :D

Good point. I can never keep up with what mods are living or undead. I'll change the dependancy.

Good concept. If you use invisible one way road http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1201045406 it could be a perfect parking :)

But as a suggestion: Please use Fine Road Anarchy https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=802066100 instead of Advanced Road Anarchy as a dependency. Reason: Advanced Road Anarchy is dead and not updated sind mid 2016. Also the Road Anarchy V2 is dead.

With Advanced Road Anarchy I'll not subcribe... sorry
