How to kick not get.

Either git gud (which is hard if you get kicked all the time, so gl), don't play Versus or install aimbot. Either way is a near foolproof way to avoid getting kicked by your lovely teammates in Versus.

as someone new who is experienced with other games: 100% agree 10/10 just kick noobs (and kick me if I join an expert lobby after 2h of gameplay)

Useless, no-effort guide but I'll still drop my two cents anyway: private profile or not at least 75 hours? I WILL kick you.
That accounts for regular expert campaigns. As for versus, ask a friend who happens to be good to carry you until you get good.
