Shek Bandits Reimagined

This mod affects: Berserkers, Kral's Chosen and Dust Bandits which in my opinion are a bit too uniformed for my taste, more so considering they are a rag tag that serve no one but their own. (I mean, the Dust Bandits technically serve their boss but you get the idea.)

Berserkers:
-Their iconic armored rags remain untouched.
-Can spawn with random headgear or none at all.
-Can spawn with random footwear of none at all.
-Have a chance of wearing a Heart Protector.
-Have a chance of wearing Martial Arts Bindings. (which, in all honesty, won't do them much good, but they look cool on them.)

This is the faction that made the least sense to be perfectly uniformed! Berserkers can now spawn with quite a bit more gear options, but overall they are still pretty vulnerable to a couple well placed hits and they still look like barbarians ready for battle, only in different flavors.

Kral's Chosen:
-Dark Leather Shirt and Drifter's Pants remain on them and are guaranteed gear.
-Removed Samurai Boots entirely (made no sense on them). Can spawn with random boots instead-
-Can spawn with a random hat (including Kusari Zukin)
-Can spawn with a random chest piece (including Ninja Rags)

Flying Bull:
-Now has Blackened Chain Shirt
-Now has Armoured Rags (colored)
-Now has Armoured Hood

Kral's Chosen are a group that all follows the same code, in this sense i consider them a bit of a sect and because of this decided to retain a "black" theme on them to make them recognizeable, hence why the Drifter Pants and Black Shirt.

In the case of Flying Bull, he is a former invincible, so he really needs to look the part.

Dust Bandit/Bowman:
-Spiked Helmet and Heart Protector remain guaranteed.
-No more Samurai Boots.
-Can have Drifter Boots or no footwear.
-Can have random pants.
-Can have random shirt or no shirt.

Dust Boss:
Same as Dust Bandit except for the following:
-Plated Longboots added to the mix and are guaranteed to have footwear.
-Armored Rags added to the mix.
-Replaced Horse Chopper for Ringed Sabre.

Dust King:
Same as in Vanilla except for the following:
-Has Guaranteed Mercenary Plate.

I wanted to give a clear distinction among the ranks of the dust bandits, specially for the King. The differences between the boss and his bandits are subtle but they are there to enhance that his status as the boss of the group.and the one that gets to pick loot first before anyone on the group.
