Explosive Mix Achievement
This may be a bit tricky to get all the lines to collide at a single spot. If you're struggling with this, set up the level as shown first, then place a spare mirror on the centre point. Move the mirror away again, and everything should collide in the centre point.
Carousels Achievement
Make sure to only rotate the mirrors, and this will unlock the Carousels achievement alongside completing the level.

Bench Spare
Is Possible Shorter
Make sure to move the extra mirrors out the way so that you unlock the Bench Spare achievement. This is also a low beam length, which unlocks "Is Possible Shorter".

All Thought
Not Turn
Faster Time
Highlighted the move rather than the end position in this. Making this move will unlock All Thought, and Not Turn if you didn't get it earlier. Since it is only one move, this is also the easiest way to unlock Faster Time.

Careful in which order you move your parts, as triggering the TNT fails the level. If you start burning a TNT, you can move a piece quickly (either the part that resulted in hitting TNT, or to block from hitting a TNT)

Your first move on this should be to move any pieces near the TNT well away, then burn the TNT with one of your beams. This opens up the level.
You can now complete the level as shown above.

Synchronisation
This is the level that should unlock Synchronisation, thanks to Sellyme for helping with this.

Once again, be careful not to detonate the TNT.
