Only Mod City-States

Beskrivning
Disables all Vanilla and DLC city-states. So you can play only with your mod city states. Goes well with my Only Mod Leaders-Mod.

You will need to include enough city states from mods/DLC to fill all available spots during map creation. For example if you have selected 10 city states in map creation, but only have mods/DLC with 4 city states, you will get 6 city states from vanilla, or it may break the game and you have to restart.

If you want to include a specific city-state, simply delete the corresponding line in the "NoVanillaCityStates.sql"-file.

@tempest1 Don't have NFP yet. Will probably buy it during upcoming summer sale. If you already want to add the DLCs, you can just add "OR CivilizationType = 'CIVILIZATION_ASDF';" to the end of the "NoVanillaCityStates.sql"-file.

If you want to, you can send me the finished file, I'll upload it. You can also be listed as a a co-author and added to the github-repository. [github.com]

Thanks for the mod. However, in the NoVanillaCityStates.sql file, "Antananarivo" is misspelled -- you need another "an" or it appears in game.

This mod is terrific! Thank you! Quick question though — in GS, this mod appears to remove the vanilla city-states, but leaves the R&F and GS city-states in the game. Is anyone else having this issue?
