To unlock True Final Boss, you must have 112/112 dolls before starting the last level. This requires 40,000k gems on last world.

Play on standard mode, any difficulty. Make sure to not die too much and save enough money to buy 112 dolls on the last world. You will need at least 40,000 gems, but I recommend 50-60k so that you can buy the more powerful dolls to make the boss fight go easier.

Recommended to play on Eurodice difficulty. You don't need to do entire run in one sitting. You can quit the game and use the continue option at any point.
