Archery - Spinning Arrows

Makes projectile arrows spin, to add a little flavor to bow & arrow gameplay and kill cams. See mod page on Skryim Nexus (do a search for "Spinning Arrows") if you have any other mods that modify existing arrows or even add new ones. I have created compatibility plugins for a few existing mods; if you have a suggestion or a mod you'd like me to patch, please let me know! I will more than gladly reach out to and cooperate with other mod authors to allow everyone to enjoy their mods to the fullest extent.
