10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup Club Soda ( I like Sprite)

( These ingredients can make 1 glass of mojito. You can do some maths and adjust accordingly if you want to make more)

1. Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into the glass. Use something like a muddler to crush a lime and mine leaves.
2. Add 2 more lime wedges and sugar, crush again.
3. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice.
4. Pour your carbonated drink ( Sprite is my fav) over the ice, stir and add sugar if desired.
5. Use the remaining lime wedge to garnish your glass!

Now you got yourself a fresh drink to go with (hopefully) your chicken dinner!
