First of all you gonna start the Just Cause 2 multiplayer mod, which you got by buying the Just Cause 2 game. Then you gonna join a freeroam server (I prefer the Alphas salt factory freeroam server) and just press your B button. When you have done this you can spawn any vehicle of your choice,change your weapon loadout,change your skin and just have fun
