Hello Bryan, Clare, Lee and everyone that working on the Steam version of Black Squad. My name is PoohVz, I'm here today to talk about the current situation of Black Squad and hope this letter will reach Black Squad Team and make changes happen.

So it's not that hard to see we are losing a lot players now, me myself didn't play Black Squad much past month, since there is nothing much to do in the game atm, I'm just waiting for the new content like the last patch and try it for few games then wait again.
I know a lot people love this game, my first impression about this game is it's a Free to Play game but 100% no pay to win. And also when the first time I saw this game in March, I PM Bryan on discord and ask if there will be any Asia/SEA server, and I didn't expect he will answer me tbh but he did. It gave me a really good impression about the game and the team.

But now, it's really hard for me, even mods to contact them, only few people can contact and talk directly to them now. A lot people want to help the community and the game, like me and Xiphius (CEO of Avalon, an eSport org in Singapore), we sent them an email to discuss about SEA market. And it has been around 1 month and we still haven't received any reply yet. Clare did contact us but it's not thing much.

I know maybe they are busy for Twitchcon and stuffs, but they really need a Community Manager to communicate with their community. They had discord, but it's just like a place for them to post announcements. Cheater report is kinda useless there, since if even they are really looking at it, it still take too long. Battleye is good, but if the team decide to make a place for people to report cheaters, they should do it better tbh. They can easily gain more new players if they keep the great work like before, keep communication with their people, community and actively talk about stuffs that they are working on the game. They should update the FAQ, a lot questions that been answered on patchnote devstream, but not everyone watch it, so it would be great if they make an FAQ about new stuffs that are coming, what is their plan with the game, how they gonna fix stuffs/bug, etc.

I really hate how they become so lack of communication now, I made a group on Facebook for SEA players, and if you don't know, SEA players like to use facebook more than other platforms. But the official fanpage not really that active, they only post official announcement like patchnote and main schedule for maintenance. Minor stuffs like emergency maintenace never been posted. So if I didn't post about the emergency maintence, people in the group won't know, 70-80% of them didn't use discord much and have no idea what is happening, if there is really a maintenance or it's just a bug that we are facing past 2 weeks.

I love the game, it has a lot of potentials, and I hope Neowiz and Black Squad team will read this letter and improve their communication between them and their community, it's not that hard if they really want to do it with a team around 40 people that are currently working on Black Squad.
