Beskrivning
Cafe, inspired by soviet modernist cafe near bus terminal in the city of Razdan, located in Armenia. The building was constructed in 1960-s.
In C:S it has the same properties as botanical garden and can be found in the parks tab. I have made flowerbeds, where you can put trees, which you want to, using Move It! mod or something similar.

Nice one, but you have used your local copy of the concrete tree bed in your asset. Please fix this.
