azumi's Growth Buildings give Money (Income) ME Compatible

Hello,

now with ME released I remade my mod from WH1, so that growth buildings give money, to make them more useful and have an incentive to keep them around in the late game.

This mod includes

HRE
Reptiles
High Snobs
Dark SM Fans
Woodcuddlers (Removed with the Ying Yang Twins Patch until further notice)
Grumbling Little People
The Franks
Green Shrooms
Friends of Christopher Lee

Growth Buildings will now grant half the amount of money a industry building will give.

The Ratlings are now included. They will get +1 food from the 3rd tier warpstone reactor, as well as +2 food from the highest tier, instead of +1

Horde Factions are excluded

If you have any problems, let me know.

The mod should be compatible with almost everything. But no guarantee.
