WOTC Show Enemies and Terrain on Mission Planning

--------------------------Quick note about updating enemy groups and icons--------------------------
I think I've set up most of enemy groups added by main enemies mods around.
I won't be adding them endlessly for each new mod out there, so if you REALLY want that new mod enemy to have its Icon, or to have an already present Icon, please tell mod Author to contact me and send me its 'Character Group Name'

MOD DESCRIPTION
  • This mod shows the enemy types and quantity that have been detected by the Shadow Chamber in the Mission Planning screen.
    It saves you from having to remember it or to go back to the Geo screen to examine the expected enemies.
    It will only show the information if you have the Shadow Chamber constructed - But you can also choose to show enemies without Shadow Chamber in MCM Otptions!

  • You can also choose to display Chosen if detected by enabling it in MCM Options. I assume this also shows the Rulers, but I still haven't had the time to test it ingame.

  • You can also display Enemy Icons (toggable in MCM)
    Actual Enemy Icon will show only if you already met this enemy, otherwise it will display an undiscovered Icon.
    You also get a ToolTip Text when hovering the mouse over the Icon List, so no need to display the Enemies List!
  • You can display the terrain information about mission to come in MCM Options.

    Terrain information is divided into Plot Type and Biome Type.
    The Plot type is the location where you're going to, and the Biome Type is related to the kind of vegetation you will encounter, so there are Plot Types that do not have any suitable Biome Type (for example Sewers)

TEXT OPTIONS
  • You can toggle Enemies List ON/OFF in MCM Options.
  • You can display Estimated Time of Arrival on Mission Site, so you know if Mission's gonna be at night or day.
  • Plot Text / Biome Text / Time are toggable in MCM.
  • Text Color can be set in MCM.
  • Anchor for Enemy List is settable in MCM Options (can be TopLeft or TopRight), position is determined in function of selected Anchor

PANELS OPTIONS
  • You can display panels under text in MCM Options.
  • Panels get 3 Types (Simple / Panel / Faded) settable in MCM Options.
  • Panles size now depends on Icon Size, and text size is fixed

ICON DISPLAY COMPATIBILTY
  • Enemies Icons Display Compatible with ABA / ABC+ and other mods that add Enemies using game's base Group Name
  • Compatible with ADVENT Warlock / Flame Viper
  • Compatible with World War L
  • Compatible with all Bio Mods
  • Compatible with Celatids Mod
  • Compatible with MOCX Initiative
  • Compatible with Valentine's Viper
  • Compatible with Shadow79's Archons
  • Compatible with ADVENT SNiper
  • Compatible with ADVENT Pathfinder
  • NOT compatible with other mod adding custom Enemy Group Name, so an error message will appear instead of an Icon

GENERAL COMPATIBILTY
  • This mod is compatible with other mods that use UIScreenListener to affect the UISquadSelect screen (like ShowMeTheSkills) as well as mods that extend UISquadSelect directly (like LWS Toolbox or Robojumper's Squad Select).

LOCALIZATION

Localization files are located here:
SteamLibrary\SteamApps\workshop\content\268500\1183583781\Localization

There you can modifiy the values to match your language.
Note for translators: You can wether link your modified loc file so I can download them, or copy/paste the content of modified loc file into steam commentary section, linked topic Localization.

The mod launcher has decided this is for the base game and not WotC, and now doesn't want to run it.

I apologize if this is not the place to post requests, but hear me out: can I get a mod, that will force our beloved central troll to spill the mission objectives BEFORE our soldiers are on their way there?
You know, if I was a commander and got just a "protect the device" description, I´d get hard hitters with low mobility. then I´d probly throw bradford out of closed avenger windows, when he will let me know that the mission is actually about: rush to the gate, that constantly spawns aliens and take out its battery.
I need my right hand man to give me the details about the mission, during the PREP. the same ones that I get when I will be dropped out of firebrand. loading the save is too long for me to start the mission, THEN hear what I am supposed to do, THEN seeing the map and THEN load the previous save to select suitable soldiers (and then load the mission again). mainly with new modded classes with various expertises, such info is crucial.

If you mean the unmodded game: not that I recall

Does displaying terrain disrupt game balance?
Not that I've noticed. Maybe bring fewer snipers on underground missions? Helps you pick the right camouflage for your troopers though.

it's more that this mod doesn't have a "default" icon for enemy groups it doesn't recognise.. you will find this issue increases with the more mod-added enemies you add ...

in which case it might be worthwhile to go to the MCM menu and turn off the icons, and just have the list of names

The spark enemies from the mod a better advent say "enemy group not found FERAL_MECH" when viewing the enemy count provided by the shadow chamber when prepping for a mission, I'm assuming due to the fact feral mechs from the shens last gift dlc don't have an icon

I have the same issue with @SquarelyCircle. I think it’s the lwotc infiltration info that overlaps.

Nothing I do in the mod menu seems to have an effect (except that when I eneble debug mode the Terrain info disappears completely).

Please help.
