Load up the Diamond Heist (not the diamond) on normal difficulty and keep progressing through the
heist in LOUD until bain drops the CFO from the helicopter onto the fountain. Jump up the fountain and to the right of his body you should see a pile of money! just pick it up and you get the achievement :)
