Clear MCORE

This is the perfect addon for your low fps needs on a server
Works on all gamemodes!

There are multiple ways to access this menu, these are the following:
1. When you first spawn on the server
2. By typing !fps in chat
3. Typing clear_mcore in console

There is no config, just add this to your collection and job done.

This includes a tickbox asking if the player would like to disable the popup when they join (autoruns the mcore command(s))

I won't be uploading this to github as there is no config so therefore no need
for github.
