Completed in 1992 this complex of towers was constructed to house the Toronto Metropolitan Government after they outgrew there space in Toronto City Hall. The "Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto" was located in the large 27 story central tower while the two smaller towers were leased out for private use. As the government grew they would occupy these towers as needed. However use of the facility was short as in 1998 Metropolitan Toronto was dissolved and the 6 municipality were amalgamated into a single tier city known as the "City of Toronto". After amalgamation the City of Toronto intended to sell the property, however no sufficient bids were received and the city still owns the complex. As of today the central tower houses many of Toronto's departments, while the side towers remain leased out for private use.

Excellent rendering! Though Toronto City Hall is the more renowned building, most of the time when we Torontonians need to go to a city bureau, it's actually in this building down the street. The old, symbolic building is mostly just political offices, and the citizens rarely have need to go there; Metro Hall is basically our functional city hall, the other one is mostly just a monument to office workers.

Great job! Do you think you'll ever do the Royal York Hotel? Or maybe the Empress Hotel in Victoria?

This looks awesome! Do you think you could release each building individually as well?
