I suggest doing some basic research. This C series engine's design dates back to the late '50s and like the VW Beetle, hardly saw many drastic changes, just small revisions. This asset looks to be based one the 70s models, but like said given the small changes and dated design this engine could easily still fit into a late-50s and 1960s game.

looks like some one put a turn table on it and stripped the ladder

Can you do an older fire truck? Anything mid-century (1950s, 1960s) would be awesome. I can't find one.

now that I come to think of it, you can probably use my ladder as well, this truck looks like a ladder truck, just without the ladder.
