You need: bomb, keyboard, mouse
1) Go to the bomb site (use WASD to move)
2) Press "4"
3) Hold LMB

Ok. There are numbers above letters, so you should press number "4" (you can see dollar symbol there too). After pushing this button, the character will take the bomb in his hands. And the last step is holding left mouse button.
