The latest and probably the final version of the rp_downtown_v4c installments due to the limits of the source engine. I have full permission to edit and upload this map to the workshop.

the area between spawn and industrial looks to open and doesn't seem right also not much has changed i will say though that the bank is good because nobody bases in the shop where the bank is now also source games run better when it isn't a large open map with large open fields and stuff like that unless its flat and has barely any detail because source breaks up the map into rooms and will only render rooms that you can see and are about to see if you want a better explaination of this take a look at 3kliksphilip's video
but otherwise pretty good
