Fullscreen line fix

Do you play in fullscreen and at the left and right border are annoying lines?
It's a directdraw error by the game engine.
Here is a fix for this problem.

How to install this patch:

1.) Download my default.rpf: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5FQKTmAQhPVc3VDRUNJWURrZzA
2.) Move the default.rpf to the game folder.
3.) Start the game.
