Dont use Pilot Ranking "PROMOTE" You must First Rank!!

Better is buying upgrade "Ship’s Shield Generator"
Best for Commendations is Level 1 Phase 1 dont finishing phase, 24 x Commendations for each game

Shoot three emblems and Red light hole

Now Start The Lone Fighter
You can Hold Fire but better is Tap
Shooting at three different locations: Left, Center and Right
1. Wave : Left, Right, Center, Center
2. Wave: Center, Center, Center, Right
3. Wave: Center, Right
Boss
4. Wave: Center, Left, Center, Center
5. Wave: Right, Right, Right
6. Wave: Center, Right, Center
Boss
7. Wave: Right, Left, Right, Right
8. Wave: Center, Right ,Center, Left
9. Wave: Center, Left, Right, Right
If you've gotten this far you're done!!!

I hope that my guide will help with buy minimum shield. I done it with out upgrade.

Good tips Strady, I never really realized that we could anticipate movements by learning them.
I always upgrade X-Wings shield to the max to complete the flight.

Something i have found out , in phase 1-1 destroy 2 of your ships as soon as possible now u could shoot much better mostly reach 24 hits 10 seconds before end , destroy your last ship ....and grind again
