Based off of a map called "gm_jenga_v2"

Key differences from gm_jenga_v2:
- You can now reset the tower without having an admin use "Clean up everything" in the utilities tab.
- You can now set a time limit for 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, or 2:30.
- The ramp buttons are labeled, have lights, and are shootable.
- The ramp itself is a bit wider, and ramps up a bit differently.
- The tower teleporter has 9 destinations, which are randomly chosen try to stop players getting stuck in each other.
- There is now a spectator area.
- Props on the demolitions side aren't included.
- Weapons on the overtime platform aren't included either.
