WOTC Advanced Modular Weapons

Adds a new research after Plasma Rifles called Advanced Modular Weapons, which unlocks an additional upgrade slot for all primary weapons. With this research and the appropriate breakthrough, each primary weapon can have up to four upgrade slots.

Works with new and ongoing campaigns.

Named similarly to S.Flo's Advanced Modular Weapons, but solely for WOTC.
