I've noticed an issue, though; the mod also works on City State names, but ONLY the name on the map; in the City State list and reports and such, the City State name remains the old/original name.
I don't know if the game allows those names to be changed as well; if not, maybe make the mod not function on City States?
@3D Master - It's fully automatic! The renaming triggers when a city is settled and when a city changes ownership
@DerCcent - unfortunately not, but you skimming through the ModLocalization or Backups files should indicate whether a civ is supported
