How to "turn over" your park. $$$
By V1sor
When you reach a certain point income becomes stagnant in 3k+ pop parks in a scenario with entry-only fees; or any size, you can hastily speed up this process if you want to remodel your entire park, or build a massive new coaster a simple solution is to use signs near your entry point of the park, just set the sign (or signs) to no entry facing the entrance, guests that pass the threshold cannot go back; close all your rides except one "crappy" (ie. slide) and a bathroom, within the threshold. this will effectively "purge" most of the guests to the front. with no choice to finally leave the closed park, This is an old trick for purging "stuck" path'd guests also, as the AI pathing gets confused sometimes.

After your park is 99% purged, feel free to remodel or just re open and fresh wallets will empty themselves all over your walls, just dont forget to open up the sings

have fun

It's easier to just cycle your guests with a death maze. Just make a single block maze with the land at the exit raised so they fall under the map. This will cycle in new guests while not dropping your park rating. Youll get a warning that there is no exit path but it doesn't matter, the game soft caps you on player count and its one of the easiest ways around it.

There is a trick - you can make guests leave a park by putting a ride exit underground with no pathway leaving it. Guests come out of the exit, "fall" into the void, then when the reach a certain point of depth they are despawned as if they left your park - they are not killed.

This allows you to cycle guests, as then the guest generator will at some point notice you are under the "soft guest cap" and start spawning more incoming guests.

The best rides for this are ones which never breakdown (hedgemazes, crooked house, and I believe minigolf) - as your mechanic can no longer inspect or repair the ride as they cannot path to the exit. It will also cause a frequent red alert saying "you have no exit to this ride" but nothing happens to your park rating, as the guests who would be made upset are despawned so quickly.

I created a scenario to just play and make a humungus park and now im at year 5 and it keeps getting stuck, I then have to go to task manager to end the task to get out of it. Any suggestions?

I've messed up SF Texas but the park's worth about £300k so I'm thinking I can probably get out of the hole somehow, cutbacks lol, sometimes it may be smart just to play a scenario to win it then start trying to be clever, or that cool idea might lose you time and resources etc you need to beat the scenario. And don't try and grow too fast or rack up loads of debt, RCTC doesn't have the get out of jail free cards RCT2 had, mess up and there's no magic fixes. Try and grow without loans as much as posible, the loans can kill your income and chances of survival. If you do use them you need to be able to clear them!

No below Y rating drop scenarios are cruel too- you can win then lose them (the rating drop after a win is still a fail) and have to reopen the park (the zero rating will recover though).

I do think with patience and skill most problems in the game challenge-wise can be overcome with the right strategies- what will people in the park already pay more for? How do you keep them happy and spending? Where are you going over-budget etc? Can you get back any cash where you were too ambitious and maybe return to that project later? For example you can quickly clean up a park, maybe your handy peeps need a *cough* holiday!
