Yes, i have noticed even with Gmod, the pyroland rainblower stuff is extremly hard to work with hehe.

Rainblower probably more so, but the particles are very difficult to calibrate.

Just dosent make sence how there is an unusual effect ... on ... the party hat, other than that, it is a peice of beutiful art!
