This one is easy, just turn around by drawing the symbol and when the camera is about to spin 180°, turn around again quickly.

Actually you gotta do the same crap on Blackout, but this time you gotta draw many turn around symbols and then quickly a X to get out and trigger the glitch. Reload the same level and see the results. You have to try a few times, the glitch appears when it feels like or so. Restart the game, there is no first aid kit.
