Beskrivning
This increases the food bonus from the Explotative Planning edict from +2 to +5.

For the cost of -30% tax, +2 food was woeful as every single settlement costs -1, so using the edict in a 3-4 province settlement was still a significant deficit. (It's currently a little overpowered in 2 settlement provinces)

This allows Skaven players to actually expand like the plague they are without constantly being at 0 and negative food.

+3-4 Food version may be more appropriate if this is deemed overtuned, I welcome the feedback!

It's a very lightweight change of one line, so it should remain working whether the launcher says it's outdated or not.

It should still be working just fine, I won't be able to officially update it though. In my opinion, after the changes they've made it's not really neccesary anymore.

It should be showing as up to date now, if it's not you can safely have this enabled (with allow out-of-date mods enabled.)
