From the Street Fighter Wiki: Fuka (風華 Fuka?, "Wind Flower") is IJWPW's tag team champion, along with her sister Raika. She trained in Mexico for six months and isn't good at learning other languages. Her special move is Chōjin Fūshagatame (超人風車固め Chōjin Fūshagatame?).

I spent some time digging to find out what her finishing move actually was, since it's one of the few not shown in the comic; after stumbling across a move of the same name (Fushagatame) in a Dragon Gate summary, I narrowed it down to Strong Machine J's finisher, which, in Fire Pro, is the "Machine Suplex". Hope this information is useful to somebody :)
