This should have everything you need. Just change the R/G/B values to 0 on each to make them invisible.
You can either copy/paste the following into the "console command" in game or add it to the "config.cfg" in [Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg]. Just replace the "( )" with any button, I use "L" key.
:No Outline on Survivors:
