Obesity is a big problem in todays society thats why its more important than ever to sport. Even though playing video games are renowned for its danger to get fat i have found a solution!

For this challenge it is useful if you have a friend who can help you remind and support you along the challenge. He/She can also do the challenge for themselves.

The Challenge
The challenge is easy you start your competitive match and every time you die you do an exercise.

The Rules
The rules are very simple
1 death = 5 reps
1 mvp = Allows you to pardon your death (can be used later)
*It is advised that you change the amount of repetitions according to your ability, we use 5 in this case because it is beginner friendly.
-If your team has a bot you may take it over if you manage to get an mvp by using the bot you may delay or pardon your death. If you die you are ought to do +50% of your exercise.

Tips & Tricks
-If your repetitions are properly adjusted to your skill you will feel the soreness somewhere around the 10 round mark. You may already have obtained several MVP stars do not use them yet! Its a quick way out and may allow for some rest but it will haunt you because you can't use it twice.

-Play very safe, you may lose concentration thus playing safe may prevent you from dying.
