1.- Actualiza todos los drivers del ordenador

2.- Prueba a reiniciar steam

Si estas en windows 7 actualizalo, si es pirata, activalo con algun programa (busca en youtube) y actualiza windows
If you are in windows 7, update it, if you have an illegal version of windows,activate it ( search any program in youtube) and update windows
