ericsnoopy.. No you cannot select destination or from what country you want to fly to/from.. You just get some contract offers.. Example from SAS that say they example have 7 flights that need to be completed during the next 2 days. Then you can sign the contract and all you have to do is fill in what time slot the planes should arrive just like you seei n the video. You can also not own an airline company..
All arriving planes have many special stats.. Example if you click on the plane stand yo ucan see if it need service, how many people, fuel, baggage on/off loading and so on... As time goes by you can see the numbers change depending what you staff do or if passengers start to board or not..

Good video. Perhaps you should make your taxiway go to both ends of the runways. This way, your planes will taxi in a sort of circle and won't run into each other trying to use the taxiways.
