I'm not working on mods anymore!
I've put out this information on my page a while ago, but I'm still getting comments asking for updates.

The mod changes the number of trait picks:
Robot: 3 -> 8
Machine: 4 -> 9
Other species: 5 -> 10

The mod does NOT change the amount of trait points.

The mod modifies the following file(s):
"\\common\species_archetypes\00_species_archetypes.txt"

You don't actually need a mod to change the amount of possible trait picks. All you have to do is find the '00_species_archetypes.txt' file and you can change the amount there. It seems to work

This mod no longer works as of 3.5.X

seems like it doesn't work with 2.6+ anymore. quite unfortunate, i rather liked this mod. maybe i can find something similar.

The mod is 100% compatible with 2.2.3, compared the code.
Argual - Just change the valid to 2.2.* in the descriptor.

Sorry im pretty busy at the moment, i did not work on mods for a while now. If someone wants to they have my permission to update the mod, provided they ask me and add me as co-creator.

The mod does not work for everyone due to a small bug.

"txt" does not stand at the end so he can not read the command
change the text :
--> "\\common\species_archetypes\00_species_archetypes.txt" .right
--> "\\common\species_archetypes\00_species_archetypes." .wrong.

Then open the folder and change this font:
@robot_trait_points = 0
@robot_max_traits = 8
@machine_trait_points = 1
@machine_max_traits = 9
@species_trait_points = 2
@species_max_traits = 10
That´s the "original" Mod (You can also insert another number but at your own risk)
