4. get the last 12 from beating levels

5. perfect game + 590 achievements

ive beat the game, you HAVE to play it twice in order to get all achievements. running through it all the way is 11 levels, the 12th you can just replay level 1. nightmaremode isnt even hard btw, i got all of my achievements from it.
