"Brand new look on my original ship design. This time, the ship has no outlines. I'm not a fan of drawing ships showing outlines. I end up using the selective outline technique which makes my ship look better than before. I'm very satisfied with the use of colors I've made. The previous style shows a dull use of colors. But thanks to the lighter hue of aqua blue, it made silver color much better. I can try improve my drawing based on community feedback. For now, it looks like I'm on a right track.

The whole body of the ship is completed. Right now, I'm trying to practice on animations. The software I'm using is iDraw3.31 Chara Maker. I may switch to Pro Motion (Steam Edition) sometimes in the future."

It took me a while to practice on shading and picking the right colors. I feel like I'm getting better now after a help from referencing artists' works. I'm satisfied with my work today. I think it took me like probably almost two hours (didn't clock my timer).

Doh, again. Steam never liked to show my artwork in a proper size. Saving pixel art sheets as .png or .gif is better than saving as .jpeg. Using jpeg to save pixel art downgrades the quality due to creating artifacts. For me, I use png to save pixel art.
