Since the plugin center version is broken, a working copy can be found here.

Neither the plugin nor the models belong to me. I have permission from the previous uploader of the content to upload them here. (Thanks Sheep <3)
I have been unable to get in contact with the creator of the plugin itself. If you're out there, and have an issue with me hosting the plugin on my website, feel free to let me know and we can come to an arrangement.
