if a Turk play this scenario , it will laugh the city locations (like me)

what did you do the Ottoman ? cities are not correct locations. it's soooooo far from correct locations. soooooooooooooo far. Diyarbakir in upper from Syria border. Edirne in nex to the istanbul , greece border. Konya in Central Anatolia , under the Ankara.

You should look at the simple map from Turkey

Both Egypt and Greece have their ruler listed as 'Ottoman Regent' but they are separate for balance, teamed up with each other and vassals to the Ottomans.
