its also worth to note that the monstrosities CAN be slain even at game start! once get rid of what comes after their death, they wont come back either unlike that one really dedicated soldier bearg...

be warned with the house thats got blood in it up north, if you follow the trail expect a dfight you will at the early game not win. oh and you will find a nude man talking about thousend fold

Well in that case, the even less likely magic goggles that the same shrine can give. The rest mostly boiled down to just looking everywhere.

That's pretty hardcore. It's amazing how much secret stuff this game has. And the difficulty of actually finding these things. How did you figure that out?

Both of those require the blink spell, which Free's shrine sometimes gives a single cast version of. There's a sort of trail of those casts in the blocked off rooms.

How do you get to that very bottom Shrine and the surgery spot right behind the Desert portal? Good map friend.
