Satan's Eye

Opis
Tired of getting Holy Water in angel deals? Then reject the light and satan will reward you.

If you skip an angel deal while holding this trinket, you get a random devil item in the starting room of the next floor.
The trinket disappears if you pick up an item or hearts/chests in the angel room (even if you dropped the trinket on the floor before picking up the item).
After it gives you the item, the trinket is consumed.

Oh, so that's what this does. I keep finding it, and the item description mod I use tells me nothing.

Please, make a devil deal variant (so if we skip a devil deal, we get an angel item in the starting room of the next floor) :P

How, exactly? You need the following to happen:
Skip an angel room
Have the trinket
Don't die
Honestly, this seems more like a thing you'd WANT if you keep getting angel room deals.

I don't like items such as this, because if I have MANY MANY mods, it's impossible to keep track of what each one does.
