Nice find. I've seen quite a lot of cosmetic items drops and tools drops (like name tags, decal tools, paints) happen recently, but that one is a nice one. It combines quite well with several hats and other hair pieces for the Heavy. It's always been one of my favorites, esp in white for the Santa Heavy look.
