Kindergarten (Novorossiysk, Russia)

Hello.
This building is a project of a kindergarten for Novorossiysk in a new district of the city. Another project for this district you may find in my workshop - it is elementary+high school. This building has not been completed yet, it was built only a few months ago. The model of the building was originally prepared for presentation at the investment forum in Feb. 2017.
Today - with some visual changes and adaptations, this model is presented in the game.

In the game the building use elementary school template.
Asset includes some vanilla props like benches, plants, trash cans. Trees and kid swings (you can see on screenshots) are not included to asset and was plopped for making of beautiful pictures.
Tris amount of main model and LOD you can see on mesh info screen.
