Beta version of Fifth Mizukage Mei Terumi!

- The model can be used as Ragdoll and Playermodel.

- The model is taken from Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4

- The model has collision for hair.

- I do not quite understand how to make smooth hair animation, so do not scolding me too much)
